I'm at 302.8, down another 2.6 lb's. Not as much as I would like per week but probably more healthy rate than dropping massive pounds. Maybe I'll put up a big loss next week. Who knows...haha Congrat's to those finding success and good luck to all!

202.7 this morning. I drank quite a bit on Saturday. Yesterday was a blah recovery day. So I'm please to see the scale moved somewhat down.

Because you and I are badasses. Everyone else is a bunch of losers. You and I will split the winnings and eat so much ice cream when we are done. I want toffee and chocolate ice cream with hot fudge and nuts.

Then I want a giant margarita.

And maybe a chimichanga...

I would be good with that. My arms and legs show weight loss way before my midsection does.

I'm in the 200's again, woohoo!!! 295.8 lb's, down 7lb's from last week at 302.8 lb's. I was hoping to be in the 200's this week but better than I expected. I guess this BS 100+ degree weather has had one plus to it. I've literally sweat my ass off...haha Congratulations to everyone finding success, good luck to all and keep up the hard work!

I'm the same as last week. Which is FINE. I had a lake weekend this weekend AND it was that special female time of the month where you retain water like a bloated whale.

Have the horse tonight since he needs a farrier but tomm night is back to the gym.
