That's more or less what I meant. Being able to only lose 16lbs compared to Marcus who can wear and acid suit and sweat out gallons isn't going to get a win. He simply has more to lose persay. Getting to your personal bf% is going to be the challenge for you.

I know when I started out losing weight I was 240 with a pretty high bf% and now I'm at or around 170. No clue what my percentage is at the moment.

Weight is only a part of a persons BF% and overall fitness level... lets just put it this way I would rather be 200lbs and 10% BF verses 150lbs and 30% BF

My scale at home is way off or i'm just a fatty.

I'm weigh myself tomorrow at work. My co-worker has this high tech scale.
