Where to go to get some wheels painted??

I’ve got 5 new steel wheels for my Jeep I want to get painted body color… any recommendations on a body shop that would do a small job like this, or someone who paints on the side??

If you're comfortable doing it yourself, I can mix your vehicle factory paint color and put it in an aerosol can. $30 a can.

Ive been meaning to get a tiny repair done on my el camino, a few people have recomended golde automotive in louisville. On their website it says one of the things they specialize in is Small paint jobs. Cant speak to them myself as I havent used them yet, but they did get mentioned to me by two different people who have used them.

I know you want paint but I thought I would also throw out Epic Coatings and Blast for powdercoat. Ive had them do several sets of wheels for me and they kill it every time.

I had not thought of powder coating… how much is that?

It really depends on how much prep they need, metal flake or not, clear coat and what color, like they have house blacks and silvers and white they use a lot and buy in bulk cheap. But if they need to special order something it will cost you.

I think the cheapest set I did was $400, most expensive was like $770. Just show the hell up, they are super friendly and dont mind quoting, you often have to walk into the back shop to get someones attention but they are cool about it, they are always busy but really good about turnaround times.

Quickest couple of pics I could find. They didnt even complain about the super tight weave and many layers of god knows what on the two piece wheels, they only did the centers on those.

5star wheel in Buckner also. All he does is wheel repair and wheel painting.
