Doesn't fit in the other categories? Maybe just want to post up some humor or random happening? This is the place for it.

Getting the City to fix a Tire and Rim over a pot hole???

Post by Next » Sat Aug 01, 2020 5:25 pm

Anyone know if the City will cover expenses for a pot hole? My wife his a huge pot hole on Mall Road between Walmart and Target at Bashford Manor. Looking at a new tire and rim at a minimum. Spray paint on the road makes me think someone knew about it, but has not fixed it yet. Pop bottle to show depth.

Thanks...

Call 311 for the Metro info line.
If no help call your insurance company, they may contact them.

Every city will tell you the same, it has to be on one of their roads. Then they have to have been notified about it and have at least XX days to fix it. XX is some number in their policy on this issue. Who knows with the river city?

They have to have documentation somewhere that someone reported it already.

Never seen one successful claim.
