I used American Mortgage on Dixie Hwy. Frankie Story was the ladies name. They sold my mortgage after a few months to Wells Fargo. Closing costs were really reasonable, but I cannot remember an exact number.

Brad Chambliss, Amerifirst home mortgage, he and they worked their asses off for me

Quicken Loans.....they shop around and can basically get you (within reason) what you want.

Caliber home loans. Ask for Kathy Small

I am using First Harrison for my new house. They had the best rates

I called quicken. They wanted $500 within the first 10 minutes of talking with them to even get me a pre-approval. They wouldn’t tell me if I qualified for a loan before I paid the fee. It really turned me off to them. That’s just my experience though. Lots of people seem to like them.

Had quicken, probably can send you a coupon which would cover that 500 fee. Think thats what happend with me or they waived it based on my equity in the house to refinance.

I went with Borrowers Choice mortgage. He gave me three options.

Which choice did you take?

We have used Republic Bank twice and beem very happy.

Mortgage Warehouse. John Bollinger. Super nice guy, put us on an agent that saved us 200% on our homeowners insurance and had better coverage.

Never use Brady Webb of American mortgage something. He is owner. Almost cost me my house with his fuck ups
