Re: Another shop closing?
Unconfirmed word is two more weeks.
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Re: Another shop closing?
I was in there today. No gun sales still. Just ammo and accessories. Bought a set of flip up sites.
A cop stopped me on the street and said "we're looking for a mugger who fits your description" , so I said "okay I'll do it".

Re: Another shop closing?
My son was just asking about them last night. He turns 21 in a couple weeks and is itching to buy his first handgun. I guess it won't be there.

If Fischer has his way, no place in Louisville Metro. He did say he was going to do something about guns in the City.bigelowe wrote:My son was just asking about them last night. He turns 21 in a couple weeks and is itching to buy his first handgun. I guess it won't be there.

Re: Another shop closing?
Wow. I just stopped in, looking for a stripped upper. $110 for a Guntec, $130 for an Anderson!
I guess they’re trying to make up the loss on gun sales...
Who else has stripped uppers?

Yes! I was talking about this with another member a few weeks or so ago. We were both shocked at the price on something, I don't even remember what it was now. Seems like nut for the buffer tube.kokopelli wrote:Wow. I just stopped in, looking for a stripped upper. $110 for a Guntec, $130 for an Anderson!
