I just looked on midway since I'm unfamiliar with serpas and there's more than one version and they vary wildly in price. I'm not sure which version it was at 111.

If you don't want to wait for 111 to get their FFL back I believe they can transfer it another FFL (I think they're using Everything Conceal Carry for this purpose) but I think maybe you will then have to paid ECC's transfer fee in that case. I carried my 23 in a Serpa for years on duty, executing high risk narcotic search warrants; for a couple years attached to ATF, and while in the Detectives office...I guess im lucky the thing didn’t eat me alive!
