If I had to pick just one word to describe Shooters all these years it would be hubris

I was told they wanted $35 for a transfer and had been known to reject doing one if it was something they sold.

Yeah, they tried to pull that stunt on me. The only reason I went there is because they were very close to our house in Briarwood. I learned quickly that there was little I wanted from them.

Sounds like HH Greg. Went in there a while back for their store closing sale...could still get electronics cheaper at Best Buy

Tons of holsters, mags, bipod, cleaning supplies, frog lube, black powder gear, plastic gun cases, personal safes, knives... lots of gear

May need to make a trek up there this weekend.

FYI, they aren't open on Sundays anymore. Ask me how I know. Lol

They still have lots of .40, .357, .38sp, .45acp .410, and all kinds of defensive ammo, not much else. They do have some .22lr, mostly higher prices stuff. Some velositors, and CCI quiet. Rifle and pistol cases out the ass, lots of accessory and reloading stuff. Not much on guns. Tacsol 10/22 barrels for under $150.

Bought some stuff today, should be able to sell part of it and pay for it all

Those of you that are hunters should take note of their hunting rifle ammo.

Wilson I think you could get some 45-70 for about a buck a round in ther. I think it was 40 regularly.

Also, don't forget the pistol mags are half price, as are knives, etc.

Picked up 200 rounds of 45-70 for 90 cents per round.
They still had 4 box of Fed Fusion when I left.

May go back tomorrow to see what's left
