Christmas Looking for List

Post by Dave1965 » Sun Dec 04, 2016 11:05 pm

Thought I would start a thread for those who might be looking for hard to find Christmas items.

Been trying to find two Hatchimals for the older grandkids, not too hard in looking but will get them if I find them.

As an aside, my niece has been looking for a NES mini-30 (new small console recreation preloaded with 30 original games) for my great nephew who is undergoing cancer treatment. She actually got to leave the ronald mcdonald house early yesterday to wait in line at a store early in the morning for four hours. SHe was still too far back as the store only got 17 in. If anyone knows where any are coming in or spot one, they are $60 and he would love to get one. Be glad to work it out. They are going for stupid money on ebay.

If you can't find the NES Mini (it's going to be tough... or very expensive) an option is to build your own emulator with a ton of different consoles and thousands and thousands of games... whatever you can find a ROM for.

Or an adapter to use wireless XBOX 360 controllers: https://www.amazon.com/Zettaguard-Wirel ... B0076HD2W8

Or you can use wired USB XBOX 360 controllers as is.

I'll keep an eye out for you Dave. Wife picked up an NES for our nephew and one for a co-worker at shelbyville walmart this past week. They are slowly trickling in.

Thanks, I wouldnt really ask except him being cooped up almost 24/7 makes it tough to keep occupied. I will post a funny story later about him going to the movies. I posted a link to his fb thread in my member thread. Some people here have been kind and helped.
