I doubt CNN is even aware of what ads you saw, the ads you see on sites are often based on the tracking cookies dropped into your browser by other sites you've visited. An ad on CNN's site not under CNN's control keyed on one or more of those cookies. Many newer anti virus programs will tell you and even control what they track, I counted 16 on one site alone trying to track me. Over the course of a day or so of browsing on the internet you may pick up hundreds of the little bastards. Go into the cookie section of your browser and you may be amazed whats in there.
