There is no magic Bullet, Center Mass hits only stopped a drug induced perp for a few seconds, trouble most time has a helper, Carry a extra mag, He didn't, wish he had, the perp lived, his lawyer said he will take that as a warning from God or look for revenge, he can't sleep now, and had a couple of nightmares.
