Is that Tula 7.62x39 any good? I thought about picking some up, but have heard mixed reviews on their pistol ammo.

Re: What did you pick up today?
their primers are hard but if gun is in goos working order it makes good range ammo
many bad pistol reviews come from small pistols like keltecs not having the power to strike the primer (personal exp)

Re: What did you pick up today?
unless you open a box of tula like marcus did down at the NH meet.. Loaded a .223 mag straight out of the box and there was a 7.62 round mixed in... came out of a sealed box.. Tula doesnt have good quality checks I dont think...

Re: What did you pick up today?
Got in the mail today from Red dog 5 25rd mags, a loader and a 50rd drum from Smart Mart a Hogue AK grip and a bi-pod for my SIG 522. And from Lotus a Magpul fore grip, Mangpul front and rear flip up sites and a Elzetta ZFL-M60-CS2S flash lite and mount. And a jalapeno cheeseburger from DQ. I have spent way to much $$$$ this month.

Two pairs of Granite Pass pants from Mountain Khakis. Got them for 1/3 retail, and I must say I'm impressed with them out of the box. Wouldn't have paid $90 for them, but for $30 I'll take 'em.

Re: What did you pick up today?
Didn't exactly pick it up, but I ordered a SIRT pistol today. For those who aren't familiar:
http://nextleveltraining.com/
I've wanted one for months, but I couldn't justify paying $350+ for one. I learned yesterday they're fielding a new, less expensive model with a plastic vs. metal slide, so I gave them a call today. It turns out with their military discount program a red/red laser model runs $174, so I had to go for it. Should be here in 2-3 weeks. More to follow...
