How does one obtain the KAC membership?

JeepJockey - term used in WWII for guys who's job was to drive a jeep. My grandfather was a jeepjockey in the 82nd in WWII. I am a jeep nut, drive one, my PlayStation network username has been jeepjockey for 11yrs. I tried to change mmajeeper to jeepjockey on theb"other" forum but was told I could not.
