Someone at work left a crescent wrench inside a 40 ton press die. It made the cut but only once smh. It broke bolts, the cutter and all kinds of shit.

My coworker was at the park with her daughters, and saw one of our grandkids there with my mother in law. Coworker sent this selfie with our grandkid, to my wife and I. That's when I responded with the following selfie, with another of my coworkers. Everyone got a kick out of it. Hope you guys do too.
