Where can we even define avatars? I have looked through the usercp and can't seem to find it.

When you go to your user CP, you have to click profile from the drop down menu on left first. Once you click that the menu on the right will change to "Edit Profile" and you can upload an avatar. I don't think the size will change- I'll have to talk to coach about that but 90x90 is a pretty standard size, just try to find pics that are that size or smaller for now.

Go to your user control panel, click profile on the drop down menu on the left, once your profile loads the drop down menu on the right will have an avatar option. Clear as mud?

if you are wanting a way to tone up your legs and ass, iron mikes(aka walking lunges) works miracles. i think this is gonna be my new leg workout.
