Re: What did you pick up today?
Correction to yesterday's posting, i picked up Schmidt-Rubin G96/11 and a K31, not a K11 and a K31 LOL. Should not get in a hurry.
It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters. - Daniel WebsterMexican Kerry wrote:Except for Viv. I have a 96/11 and 2 K31s. I actually prefer shooting the 96/11. They are fun guns for sure.Vividia wrote:Correction to yesterday's posting, i picked up Schmidt-Rubin G96/11 and a K31, not a K11 and a K31 LOL. Should not get in a hurry.

Re: What did you pick up today?
Yesterday I read this as you 'almost bought a new set of Bellevilles' but lost out on the deal. That was the reason for the ' '. Nice find man, good work.86 slo-vo wrote:Almost new set of Belleville 330st's....for $25
Did you find some with a Buy It Now price of $25, or manage to win an auction?

Auction. I threw a $20 bid on it for shits and giggles. One person bid in the last minute up to $10.50, shipping was 11.50.
I've been wanting the same set for a while but hated to spend $160+ on boots without being able to try a set on.
I'll try these out if they are nice as everybody says I'll pony up for a brand new set.
