What did you pick up today?
Re: What did you pick up today?
ssracer, nice haul you got there!
I received the 25 round mag, and mag release extension for my new Ruger SR22.
My scope, and rail kit should be here Friday, then last thing I need is a bipod. I'm just not sure what I want yet.

Re: What did you pick up today?
Was my own fault. Dude called me last night cause I have a wanted ad going. Said he was parting out a car and could ship them to me. I don't like doing deals without seeing the merch but I asked for a pic so he sent one. I told him about my reservations and he agreed to ship after I sent a deposit. Against my better judgement I did. Then today texts me saying he's at UPS and needs another 100 to cover the shipping cost.MoMan wrote:That's bullshit!Mexican Kerry wrote:Scam. I'm out 200 bucks and the pic was stolen from a legit ad in Montana. Fucking scumbag.
I told him to give me the UPS branch number and I would call to confirm and pay for the shipping myself. He replied that they wouldn't take payment over the phone.
Now I know I've been screwed but he keeps texting and saying he's gotta get it done soon.
Then my buddy did a quick google search and an ad came up for a project car in Montana, guess what it looked like.
My own fault for not listening to myself when it felt wrong. But still wish I could put a 230 gr ball in his ear.

Assholes is one thing we don't seem to have in short supply
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

True. Googled his number, lots of results about him scamming people, stealing a bus and a fire truck. Pretends to be a mechanic and when people drop off their ride he just uses it for his own transportation. Been doing it for years apparently.

Unfortunately not...I wish I did. I will be for anything else I get. Hopefully the one time only individual to trust free transfer actually goes through at some point also. I doubt it though.Dave1965 wrote:Niceguy wrote:This! Could very well happen. I almost slammed that percussion pistol against the wall because a screw wouldn't grab. I love building, but my patience is lacking.ssracer wrote:um...you broke itTomahawk wrote:

Lol...I've never said any of mine were better than glock, just personal preferences. Never had anything against these.
