What did you pick up today?
Re: What did you pick up today?
So on Saturday I get a call from the LGS telling me that they got in a Judge if I wanted to stop by and take a look (I mentioned I was interested in 1 when I was there last week, and gave them my number!).
So I went there today, and checked out the Judge. Just as I said "I'll take it", the fella behind the counter said; "Hey MO I got one of those 22 rifles you were asking about, I was going to call you later today to let you know"! AW, crap... now what do I do? I set the Judge down and went over to look at the Ruger SR22 that they just got in. While I'm holding it (more like caressing it!!), he says... "how about I give you a deal on both?". I said "O.K., what ya' got"?? He came up with a price that knocked my socks off!! SOOO guess what, I am now the proud owner of not only the 3" magnum Judge, but also a new Ruger SR22 rifle. Oh and they cut me a good deal on the 17 round mags for my Ruger SR9 as well!... AND that my Friends is why I go to my LGS! MAYBE I could have saved a buck or two buying online, but these folks are really GREAT, and have made me feel very welcome from the 1st time I stepped in their shop when I moved down here. To me that means something!

You're gonna love the SR22. I built one before Ruger came out with it as a factory model, and it has been a great rifle for me.

I am below the purchase price of a mpx all invested in this gun. Weapon stamp stock and mags. It is a fun gun to whip around

Re: What did you pick up today?
I've seen that one before but please tell me that's photoshopped
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.
