Veteran Discount at Home Depot and Lowes

Hi,

I was at Home Depot the other day and was informed that they have implemented a 10% discount for vets. They have always offered a discount to AD, Guard, Reserves, and Retirees. Their offer to other vets was only during holiday periods but now it is all the time. You will need to go to their website and submit credentials and that will give you a QR code to scan at the counter. I'm glad that Home Depot did this. Also, Lowes has 10% discount for all vets as well with a similar registration process.

I have gotten it for years and was not AD, Guard, Reserves or Retirees. I signed up about 4 years ago thru the website and its on my license so they ask to see that everytime to confirm. Really comes in handy when buying a big item like a mower or load of material :)
