I've been thinking about picking up a g42 for myself. I bought my girlfriend one for Christmas and have to say it is actually really nice and would recommend it to anyone. I have huge hands and my thumb Stick past the muzzle with a thumbs forward grip so I just adjust my grip to more of a revolver grip and it shoots nice unlike other mile long trigger pull 380's that are snappy. I may have to wait and see if this is true before I pic one up now.

I dont need this, but im sure it will beat anything else on the market by any other manufacturer.

People have to invent reasons to not love a glock.

If glocks are perfection, as they claim, then why do they keep coming out with new versions if they had already reached perfection with the previous one? Just asking. :llama:

Sorry, I just find the whole "perfection" ad thing a bit arrogant. Like BMW's "The ultimate driving machine" claim. Ultimate implies can't be bettered. Well at least until next years model comes out.
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

If Glocks are so incredible, why do I always see people selling them?

Seriously?

On the flipside, how many have you seen sitting unsold?

Plentiful. Hold value. In demand.

Maybe bc they are like Chebbys, millions out there, and everybody wants a newer version. Idk, just guessing.

I'm very serious. I see people online buying them left and right only to sell them a short time later.

People buy and sell guns all the time. There are just proportionately more glocks

Plus they are easier to replace than most guns.

I'm definitely not a "Glock fanboy". I talk a fair amount of shit about them even...haha My attraction to them is kinda the same as the AK. I am not overly accurate with either, I don't think either are particularly beautiful guns, neither have great ergonomics, I would probably never give a grand for either. But they are both simple, cheap and work. I don't see how anyone could not like that... Just my view of them.

I personally don't have a problem with Glock. I've never shot one myself. In the kind of person to find something I like and train/practice with it. If it isn't broke, I won't fix it.

Holding a Glock in my hand is like holding someone else's dick in my hand: something I am just not comfortable with.

Reminds me of the old Chevy vs. Ford debates.
Glock works every time. End of story.
