My reloading bench

Post by kyswede » Sun Jan 17, 2016 11:53 am

I finally took a pic of my reloading bench. From left to right Lee classic turret press for 38 Spl., Hornady 007 single station press for rifle calibers, old Hornady Pro-7 progressive press (1984) for 357 Mag., Lee Pro 1000 set up for 45 auto. In the back right corner is a Lee Load-all for 12 gage.

Very nice. I've never used a hornady press of any kind, but I hear good things

I wish I could set up multiple presses and just run one or two calibers per, but I just don't have the space.

Nice setup, Larry, well done!

All this was accumulated over 30 years. I got the Lee Load-all in the early 80s, the single stage press around 1987, the Pro-7 in '91, the Lee Classic turret press 4 years ago and the Lee pro 1000 last year. I've been loading 38/357 since '85, 6.5x55 Swede since '88, 30-40 Krag and 7.5x55 Swiss for about 5 years. Going to start loading 45 auto this week. Next will be 300 Blackout subsonic.

Nice setup, I have only reloaded shotshells but bought a used dillon 650 couple yrs ago. I need to build a bigger bench then start to fumble through learning the metallic cartridge reloading.
I see the icecream and coolwhip containers are good for something besides clogging arterys. Lol.

The gallon ice cream buckets are full of brass. The cool whip containers have cast boolits in them.

If someday you decide to sell that press, let me know, I would be interested.
