Great night out in the garage. The guys from rwi came over and gave me a hand getting the rear suspension finished up. Now it's sitting on all 4 again. They also help my nieghbor drink some his whiskey. Next up the front. Pictures to come tomorrow unless Matt post some.

Is the center bolt just spinning? If not try putting a impact on it(if you have access to one.) If it is maybe try locking a pair of vice grips or spot welding a small rod to it for leverage.

Worst case would be cutting the bolt end off and driving out the rest of the bolt by hand or with an air hammer.
Start spraying the bushing with trans fluid or penetrating fluid now while you build your game plan.

The center bolt and the plate are moving together. The nut is off the back side and I can get a pry bar between the plate and the hanger but I can get it to move very far. I am afraid the bolt and the bushing sleeve have rusted together.

Mine were rusted together and were a HUGE pain in the ass also! I soaked them in PBblaster for a week or two. I would shoot it on them every day or two when I was by it. Then I heated it until it was glowing and beat it out with a BFH and then a punch. They were able to be cleaned up and reused. The threads were a little mushroomed out from all the beating but I just ran a die over them and they worked fine.

It might have come out sooner. That was the soonest time I had to mess with it. It took about 30min of heating and beating at the most. The back was zero problems getting apart. The front was a pain in the ass... Everything was new or sand blasted when I did mine so it was a breeze to get back together. Then I just matched up sway bar end links and front brake hoses to work with the lift. I don't think I had to change anything else. I probably still have the receipts if you want part numbers. They were from Napa.

Put in some time on the truck the last few days.

Front springs are in and front end has been repainted. Waitting on toyota to get me the replacement spring pins. Once i get those i can get the runner back on all 4 tires. next i need to order tires. Stuck between the BFG KM2's and the Goodyear MTR's. anybody got any opinions on these tires. hope to have it driving around by next weekend.

Looks good! I highly recommend the BFG Km2's... They are good on the road. Not overly noisy and do great in the mud and on trails. Not a rock guy so can't give a first hand of that.

What's your plans with the roll bar that is in it now? If you part ways with it, I am HIGHLY interested in it for my 3rd gen.
