- 4 for rorygs
- 1 for backing out on a trade, -1 for back out on a trade a second time, -1 for being unprofessional and wasting my time, -1 for posting up a possibly unsafe weapon and not informing the buyer until after the fact... It should be more but -4 will is fair enough. I will not right a summary, but will instead give you the pm from the moment the deal was agreed upon and all the pm that followed

You said you had 50 rounds+\- of 40cal that go with the g23 are they jhp or fmj rounds?
Yea I counted it up I think its 60rds total, 45rds of JHP and 15rds FMJ
If you can add $50 and come to Richmond I can swap.
Ok, when do you wanna do the swap?

Im going to be out of town all day tomorrow. If you could come tonight that would be great, or anytime monday or tuesday after 5pm. Just to clarify the deal your glock 23 60 rounds of 40 cal, 400 rounds of .223/5.56 and $50 for my converted saiga and 100 rounds of 7.62
And the two magazines, that is correct.
It's too late of notice to do it tonight cause it is a two hour drive one way because I'm coming from Louisville... it will have to be Monday or Tuesday

Yes that is correct 1 10 round and 1 30 round magazine. I've just gotten everything together. I also have its original box and cleaning tools and original buttstock and handguards. Just let me know when you can be here Monday or Tuesday.
Ok lets shoot for 5:30 on monday

That will work for me. If you want you can come to my house, its right off I-75. 608 Shetland Dr. Richmond KY is my address so you can gps it.
Roger that, my cell is 502-333-4772 in case you need to get a hold of me
After sleeping on it ive decided im going to back out of our trade. I just cant let my ak47 go. Ive got way too much time invested in it. Sorry for any inconvienence this may have caused.
Yes this is kinda inconvenient since I ordered ammo for, I will now have to cancel my order cause I don't need ammo for a weapon I don't have. You had a time to withdrawal before you committed to a trade, so this will count as going back on a trade. I understand having the second thoughts, but negative feedback will be left. Thank you and have a nice day.

The main reason I backed out was due to safety and the fact I have not test fired this gun. The muzzle brake is what concerns me. Let me shoot it Monday and I will still go through with the deal. I don't need a law suit due to a muzzle device flying off and injuring someone. I just need to cover my ***.
Why would you put a weapon up for trade if you thought it would be unsafe to fire? Why was this not mentioned in your post or in our last 48hrs worth of communication. What is the issue with the muzzle brake, do you believe it is defective or improperly installed?

I know I installed it right, I followed exact instructions from the saiga 12 forum. I'm not a trained gunsmith by any means, but I am a FAA licensed aircraft mechanic and have been doing it for 10 years. I'm very confident with my work, but for extra insurance and peace of mind I would like to fire 20 or so rounds through it.
Roger, I have no issue with that... however, it may behoove you in the future to test fire a weapon or think on a sale/trade for a bit, before posting your thread. Also on the same note, if you plan on full filling your commitment on the trade negative feed back will not be left. However, this based on the contingency that trade takes place no later than Tuesday by 6pm. I apologize if this is harsh, but there has been a long string of individuals backing out on deals here lately which shows a great lack of personal integrity and very little personal resolve. So I have no problem giving you a chance to test fire the weapon and keep you word on the trade, I believe that is fair. You have my contact info, so let me know what you decide. Thank you and have good day.
Sincerely,
Matt Sprague

I am a man of my word and I don't want my feedback to have any negative on it. I've just not had the time to test fire it. Like I said I'm confident in my work I just need some piece of mind. I can shoot it tomorrow after work. Are you fine with meeting on Tuesday?
Tuesday 5:30

That will work, I'll send you a message tomorrow when I get home from the range.
Roger

Im typically a man of my word but I've decided not to trade. Go ahead and give me a huge -1 I don't care. It's my gun and I'll do whatever the hell I want to with it. Don't bother replying to thus message because I'm not going to read. You can tell the moderators to ban me or go ahead and delete my account u don't really care either way.
Re: FEEDBACK THREAD
+1 for Troybuilt for helping at the flea market yesterday, including eating lunch. J/K
+1 for Wyldman for letting me hold his beautiful PSL.
+1 for Dave1965 for buying ammo.
+1 for Selleck for sharing the c-rat pound cake
+1 for BIGC for the SOG tomahawk
BIG+1 for BIGC I sold multiple boxes of ammo today to a guy, including a box of BIGC's ammo, did the math in my head, and shorted myself $10. BIGC cut the price of his box so I would not lose $$ due to my math.
