Your index.php needs a google acceptable header. The current google search shows just the "Index page" as the returned link.

Another quick thing I noticed, after logging in, my account name covers part of the logo. Might want to move the Logout button or raise the logo just a little bit.

Great design, and I can't stress enough how much I like that logo!

I think I fixed this, does it look right now?
