It's your service provider.....hard to explain, because I dont understand 100% how it works to be honest...

We've lowered spammer settings all we can and we all probably noticed the rise in spam ads of late....

I'll pass this along to our Cleatus and see what we can do...

Curious....do you have this issue if you use KAC without Tap-a-talk?

Probably because your service provider is using dynamic IP addressing so that when you connect with their network they give you whatever IP address is available at that time on their network. That IP address could just happen to have been the same address a spammer was using in the past. Connect again, with the service provider, to see if you get a new IP address. Getting the same IP address every time is called static IP addressing and can be arranged with you service provider, although many charge extra for a static IP. If running a web server you would want a static IP.
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.
