CZ 75 SP-01
I'm looking for a CZ 75 SP-01 with the thumb safety. I've checked all the shops in Etown and went to knob creek. Haven't been to kygunco yet but the website says none in stock. If anyone has one for sale or knows a shop with one in stock let me know please. Not interested in the decocker model.

As i understand it, you can reconfigure the decocker into a safety only.

Not without some serious gunsmithing. You're probably thinking about the "Omega" models, which are indeed reconfigurable.Wyldman wrote:As i understand it, you can reconfigure the decocker into a safety only.

You must have just missed one at Knob Creek. They had an SP-01 in stock for months (and as recently as a couple of weeks ago), but when I was there on Saturday they only had the non-railed CZ-75s and the SP-01 Tactical.

Re: CZ 75 SP-01
The shadow is a modified version and it's pre B configuration (no firing pin block). Id love a shadow and if I can find one for the right price I'll get it. But I don't think I can afford a shadow right meow. The SP-01 tactical is the decocker model and I don't like how that feels in my hand with a high thumb grip. The regular SP-01 is what I'm looking for. It has a thumb safety and a firing pin block, which I plan to remove when I do some mild trigger work on it.

That's my luck. I've seen a few of them around but I didn't have the money at the time. Meow that I have the money I can't find one. I'm sure one will become available eventually though. I just have to make sure to hold onto the money until then.Frailer wrote:Not without some serious gunsmithing. Re: CZ 75 SP-01
Looks like one popped up on Armslist. Located in Etown.
Am not familiar with pricing on these pistols. They have it listed for $600:
