I was wondering if any of you women would like to post some low calorie/fat/sugar recipes or foods here? The easier the better!

Zuchinni Tots 15 calories each

Ingredients:

Squash - Zucchini, includes skin, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Onions - Raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
Parmesean Cheese Grated - 1/4 cup
Panko Bread Crumbs- 1/4 cup
Eggs - Whole, raw, 1 large

I put the onion and zucchini in the food processor so it's finely chopped. Mix everything together. Spoon by the teaspoonful into mini muffin tin (GREASED) Pat down with back of spoon. 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until you notice them getting a beautiful brown crust on the edges. Makes 12 tots per tin.

Yuck salmon... yuck.

Swap that out with Cod and some teriyaki sauce and I'm down with that.

Salmon, Cod, Tilapia... whatever fish is a great protein source with very few calories. Even though some fish are better for you (have more protein, vitamins, minerals and etc) than others. Cod is lower down on that list, than say Tilapia, but whatever everyone has there own personal taste. I'm just gonna through out a few meals that I use and you all can adjust accordingly or not use them.

It's cool. I eat fish at least 2 times a week. I'm already at twice this week with eating it tonight too. Love fish. LOVE fish.

I cook mine on the George Foreman grill since it's nonstick. I'll steam mixed stir fry veggies and then I always do white rice. (because I can get it at Costco for pennies.....)

I'm always Cod or tilapia though. Although I do have smoked salmon and salmon burgers in the house 99% of the time. I just can't do regular salmon.

Frozen chicken breasts are also the way to go. Its usually cheap, light on calories, and super easy to cook. It's chicken! How can you go wrong?!

Protein powder is 1 scoop + 1c 2% + 1c frozen berries at my house.

I think those things have a million ways to be made :)

Haha DD and I own this!

I only eat plain lowfat yogurt. I find greek yogurt to be too thick, it's gross. I can't eat flavored or vanilla yogurt as I find they're too sweet. Besides, you can sub plain yogurt for sour cream and save quite a bit of fat

They biggest thing is to drink a lot of water daily and most of the recipes I post up have almost zero fat in them. I can go through a day and consume under 25g of fat and still have a 2000cal + daily diet.

... now if only I could stop drinking so much beer :( lol

Snack #2/#3

Can O' Chicken

120cal
24g Protein

Can O' Tuna
120cal
30g Protein

These are my to primary daily snacks, zero carbs, very low calories, and a large amount of protein.. I just add a bit of salt and call it good.

However you can always add Triscuits, or something with it. It just adds carbs and more calories.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken

1 Bottle Red Hot's Buffalo Sauce
1 pack powdered Ranch Dressing
1 lb chicken breasts
Whole wheat buns/bread

Place chicken breasts in bottom of cooker. Pour powdered ranch dressing over chicken and pour buffalo sauce over ranch dressing. Cook at least 8 hours on low. Chicken will pull apart like "pulled pork". I add lettuce, tomato and onion. Also, powdered ranch mix with FF sour cream makes great dressing. Much better than the FF one in the bottle.
