Wedding question

What is better to do? Go all out and have a big wedding or just go to the courthouse?

Lets talk about this!!!!

Personally I say somewhere in the middle is good.........

At least that's what my wife and I did........

It's not hard to have a nice wedding with friends and family without costing a fortune........

Like most things in life it's personal preference, but any excuse to hang out with friends and family is a good thing imo......

Court house FTW. Im getting married in less than 3 weeks. we are not planning a huge wedding, 75 people at a small chapel and then going out partying for the night. Its cheap and easy etc, but at the same time both of us have said we shoulda just gone and done it at the courthouse, saved the money and the headache of it all. Granted we are both excited, but even a small wedding is retardedly stressful. So my vote goes to the courthouse....then fun on the town or just a party/ reception with friends and family.

I say courthouse then wedding later with a nice party after!!! There is no waiting period in OH so why not just do it. The boyfriend wants a nice wedding I want to save the money, hell I even said Ill go with a ring pop ring and get a nice one later!!! I would rather spend the money on other things like stuff for the house, or a gun or ammo!! LMFAO

I could not agree more!!!!! I told him last night if he wants a big wedding he would hate me, I dont want a big wedding. I told him I would hand out flyers about my wedding and have 15 bridesmaids and make then all wear ugly non matching dresses!!! LMAO...

Smart man!!! I planned out my whole wedding the last time. Went all out spent alot of money I mean ALOT. Then I walked away from him and his shady ways one week before.

Eloped to gatlinburg.. my best friend and the wife's twin sister went as our witnesses.... ever get married again I would do it the same way..

Me and Mrs Cranky wanted to do just the courthouse and a party at her parents house.

My MIL wanted a fancy wedding so we did that too.
She and my FIL spent alot of money on a wedding hall on the Inter-Costal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale with a dinner and 75 guests
I have never seen so many BMW's, Hummers, and other fancy cars.
Funny thing is me , my Dad and best man where packen heat.
My then new wife asked me "two guns and a knife?"
Now she carries too :llama:

My kids dad's sister did that!! It was nice. There was only 3 of his friends, my ex and I, my brother and my 2 lil boys.
