Nice pick. I really like the size and utility of the 3.

I just ordered another 6 and a Lazer Strike to add to my 3, 4, 6, & Izula. One might ask "why so many knives?", & my answer would be different tools for different jobs in different environments. I keep a good stout utility knife in each of our vehicles, my BOB, my get home bag, my medical bag, and spotted around the house where I can always be in reasonable proximity. A good knife is a tool that has more uses and versatility than any other, IMO.

The only time I have been without a knife on my person in the last 44 years is when I'm in the shower, traveling on aircraft, or in the hospital.

I've only got the 1 ESEE (Izula II). I do have a RAT-1 folder, and a RAT-5. I'll prolly end up with a ESEE-3 at some point.

Eh when I think oxidization I am thinking of when I worked on computers and we had light moisture in the unit causing surface oxidizing... Rust I think of it eating into the metal....

we had a liquid when i worked at GSC called De-oxit, the stuff was awesome for cleaning connections, board parts etc.. I would like to find some of it to use at home, especially for stuff like cleaning off the trailer wiring connections, or battery terminals...
