Esee handle stains

Is there any way to keep my orange handle nice and bright. Just handling it has smudged it up some and I had planned on using this on deer. Worried the blood may stain it a brown color.

Put a condom on it.. should help with the residue

I really want it to stay bright and easy to see. In case I drop it or something.
