Info on axe?

I’m currently working on a double bit unlike anything i’ve seen before.

The shape of it... is just different.

The closest thing i’ve seen that even remotely resembles it is a vintage Plumb.

Does anyone have any idea what it is?

There aren’t any markings on it... at least none i’ve seen yet.

I put two other double bits above it just to give an idea of how different the shape really is.

The bits curve inward toward the top, in most cases it’s the opposite.... like the Michigan pattern above it.

It’s on the bottom

Nemo....?

Anyone...?

I know nothing about axes, but any chance it's a not particularly well made homemade? Looking at it from a zero knowledge view, the top two look like perfect examples of an axe in a kids art book and the lines of the bottom one looks like the drawing the kid drew... Best way I can describe what I mean...haha

Looks like a western pattern that someone sharpened off the top corners. Are there ridges in the eye? A flat at the bottom where the handle is?

Here are two that I could get to easily. A TrueTemper Perfect in western pattern and Craftsman (Mann) in a Michigan pattern.

I have that same true temper western and i’ll hold this one up to it tomorrow and get some comparison pics.

I agree it has a western pattern look to it
