Father's Day knives
I don't know a whole lot about blades, but I'm pretty happy with both of these. My kids gave them to me the other day, although I picked them out. Just thought I'd share.
A Grohmann 7" filleting knife and a KOA Elk Hunter. Might not be world class customs but they sure beat the hell out of the cheapo Rapala and Buck I've been using for years. Was trying to find a non-stainless steel filleting knife but ended up going with this one because a)its made in Canada and b)the flexibility it had over the others available to me.

I didn't know that Canadians (was going to say "Canucks", but did not want to o-ffend ) were allowed to play with sharp objects.
Did you see what I did there? Slipped in a double llama, all in one sentence, clever eh!

Re: Father's Day knives
No regs on blades yet haha. But the mayor of my town tried to start a registration system for long knives a couple years ago when there was a rash of stabbings. He's a fool. His background before local politics was owning a men's clothing store. Musta wore his tie too tight, cut the bloodflow off to his brain for too long.Wyldman wrote:I didn't know that Canadians (was going to say "Canucks", but did not want to o-ffend ) were allowed to play with sharp objects.
