Ft. Dietrich maybe? I have heard stories during my OBC and OAC from people assigned there. These are the things that hollywood loves.

Wash your hands as often as possible (Purel works good and is easily transportable). Swab your nostrils out with peroxide or salt water after being out in public, especially hospitals or Dr's offices, when traveling (especially airplanes), hotels/motels, malls, movie theaters, or restaurants. Just these things will cut down your risks considerably.
You may not be able to fully stop it, but you can make it as tough on the little bastards as possible. In my condition, I can't afford coughing or sneezing fits, either could do further damage to my back injury and paralyze me permanantly. I have to take this shit very seriously.

And keep your hands away from your face! Don't cough into your hands. Don't wipe your face. Don't rub your eye. Don't pick your nose.
Most of the times you've helped transmit a virus to yourself was done by rubbing your eye.

You better call Kenny Loggins. Cause you're in the danger zone.
