Forest Gump riding mower

This is a Snapper SR1433 riding mower with rear bagger attachment, which is rare to have for these, 14hp Briggs & Stratton motor.
I used this for several years, it started with the turn of the key every time every year...until it didn't. The starter needs replaced. I could still start it with one pull of the rope, then weeks later I couldn’t get it to start with the pull...I put in a new battery, plug and changed the oil. Rear tires were replaced at the beginning of this year. I can't yank on the rope anymore without tearing my spine bolts out.
