FS: Kydex Holster Business

My business is for sale, Kingdom Concealment. I have taken a new position at work and no longer have the available time to market, design, and grow the business.
My process for holsters is using CAD designed, CNC cut molds and then vacuum forming the holster shell. It requires the real steel to properly form the holster for each model.
I have the tooling for:
Shield 9/40, J-frame revolvers, G43, G26, G19/23, P365, P10c, XDs 4.0
G43 mags, Glock double stack mags and similar, Shield 9/40 mags and similar.
Plenty of hardware to get you started with some material also.
All the equipment I use to make the holsters: heat press, vacuum table, band saw, belt sander, heat strip, etc. I will NOT include any of my guns.
I have 2 options:
First, buy everything. Name, logo, packaging, social media pages, etc.
Second option, everything but the brand. All the equipment and tooling, and I keep the brand and business info.

What else is included.... if you’re within a couple hour drive, I will deliver and help set up equipment along with teaching what I know.
