I need to get the chimney cleaned out before the fall, does anybody know or recommend a person or company?
Also I would like to get a person that knows about water wells out to look at what I have. It would be very cool if it was still operational. Thanks.

Chimney Chaps - http://www.chimneychaps.com/
I think it was like $175 for inspection, report, and cleaning.
Your well might just need a new pump head on it but i have no experience with all that
