Best price would probably be Lowes or Home Depot. But the installer will be a craps shoot.

I have used Harbin's flooring here in Mt Washington twice now. Had real good luck with them.

I have used Sam Kinnards for carpet and they were reasonable. But like most they contract out the install work to whomever.
