Trigger caught on his pants or jacket huh? I'm guessing it was his finger and they are tryng to save face. No finger on trigger until your ADS. Now he knows.

Just curious but is it possible to slam fire a duty weapon if the slide/sites get hung on clothing? It doesn't excuse the fact that a weapon was loaded during training exercises but just curious.
