2001 Lincoln LS

Post by Geno » Mon Feb 11, 2013 7:54 pm

Recently engine seized. About $3600.00 of new parts in last 6 months. Nice interior, rebuilt transmission around 10,000 miles ago. Any ideas to recoup some of our recent expenses? Part out, scrap, ? Thanks for any info. Geno

Of you put all of that in it then fixing it or finding spare engine is only way to not lose your butt.

A friend (mechanic) found a motor from a rear ended Lincoln. Bit of horsetrading with the motor man later, he made me an offer I can't refuse. That is why I have patronized his services for 20 years!
