2011 Toyota Tacoma 4 Sale to good home

I have a really nice Silver 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 that I just purchased (along with the bank....
) this past summer.
It has ~62,400 miles on it right now and I purchased the extended warranty for it when I got it that will be good to around 90,000 miles (fully transferable)... I also purchased a fiberglass matching bed cover and running boards for it at the time of purchase ... (another $1,500.00 worth of options)
The title is not clear... as it is owned by the bank and me, so that would have to be taken into consideration... not a huge roadblock, but just more paperwork...
Reason for selling:
We have 2 vehicles in the family ... This one ... and my wife's ride (2005 Trailblazer) ... I know that some of you probably know that my wife has had trouble getting around and is pretty much tied to a walker for getting around home... and she has done alright up until the past few months driving, but we have decided that for safety's sake (hers and everyone elses's) that she should probably not drive herself any more... so that explains the reason for selling one of the vehicles ... Although I would love to keep the Toyota, it is quite hard for her to get into and out of because of the height of the vehicle ... even though it has running boards, etc... so we have decided to let go of the Toyota.
I am asking $27,000.00 for it... I feel that is a fair price especially the fact that it is still under warranty for another couple years and almost 30,000 more miles... and also considering the options (top cover and running boards) I added at purchase time...
