gen 1 look as seen that is what pts copied
gen 2 have a grooved release button and magput symbol is on the flipping part
they also say mbus on the side
lokup on both is the same but the rear sight where it snaps together for peep or precision is a little stronger on gen 2

These are gen 1, a friend at work brought his pts models in to compare them. These have heavier springs, looks like a better polymer, rear aperture is better, and front sight post is all metal.
