WTT - 16" upper for 20" upper

I have a palmetto state armory 16" midlength heavy barrel upper I'd like to trade to a 20" upper - mine is a flat top, would like the 20" to be as well. Can do with or without bcg, and can do standard hand guards, magpul in fde or Midwest industries 2 piece rails depending on what the 20" is equipped with.
