HTA Demo Suppressors for sale

Due to my move to FL, I am selling all of my demo suppressors ...
They have been shot very little if at all... Here is a list (I have 4) and I will get the form 4 paperwork together for you...

Guardian .45 with .578 piston (.45 ACP), 9/16x24 piston (.40 S&W) and fixed barrel adapter (for shooting with carbine) -- $200
Guardian 9 with 1/2x28 piston, 13.5x1 LH (Glock 9mm), 1/2x36 fixed (9mm carbine), 5/8x24 fixed adapter (.300 BLK subsonic) -- $200
Kestrel 5.56 1/2x28 fixed -- $200
Ruger 10/22 with HTA integrated suppressed barrel complete -- $550

You will probably just have to notify the CLEO in that county...

Here is what I found on the 'InterWeb' ...

I Am Moving In-State

The good news is that if you are moving in-state then there is no legal requirement that you notify the ATF of your new address. However, up until June of 2013, it was requested that NFA owners send a letter to the ATF when moving in-state so that the NFRTR (registry) could be kept up to date.

Since June of 2013, the ATF has returned such letters with a note that they are no longer accepting address changes in the form of letters and requesting that those wishing to report a new in-state address submit a Form 5320.20.

In summary … you have no legal duty to notify the ATF of an in-state change of address. If you wish to do so, you should use a Form 5320.20.

Sounds right.
Out of state moves are more complected but can be done.
