1903 Colt Pocket Hammerless FS
After thinking long and hard, I've decided to sell my Colt 1903 Pocket Hammerless. I've owned it for 6 yrs or so, and it is how I received it. These are such a classy, slim handgun, and I wanted one for the longest time. I just don't have the time to treat her right.
Per the SN#, it was made in 1936, and is chambered for 32 ACP. Comes with 1 magazine. I think I still have some FMJ ammo for it, and if I can find it, it will be included.
Live in Taylorsville, work in E-Town.
Prefer to sell, as I'm saving for a Sharps, but may consider trade for the right thing.
$700 One time drop to $650

How is the rack on the slide? I've wanted to get one for Mrs. W, but she has pretty bad arthritis in her hands and wrists and I'm concerned whether she could rack the slide easy enough to be able to handle it properly.

It doesn't take as much force to rack as a G19, but it isn't exactly light.

If it's easier than my G19, then it may be just the thing she needs/wants. Let me talk to her and get back to you. If you get an offer before I can get back, by all means, take it, don't wait on me.

Sounds good, I have no offers currently. Just let me know. I could possibly meet somewhere to let her try it.

Unfortunately, and you may not have heard, but we moved to Texas over a year and half ago. That makes meeting half way somewhere around Little Rock, AR.

If I didn't already have two of them, I'd give this some serious thought.

I have discussed it with Mrs. W, and she has decided to go with a Tokarev, being Russian & all.

Re: 1903 Colt Pocket Hammerless FS
Have had some questions on another site. The spot above the trigger on the left side is my poor attempt at photo-editing the SN# out. It is NOT a blemish in the finish.

Here:
Could look better if I was editing the original. I actually did think that was a blemish originally. I'd have either put an obvious black box over it or made it look perfect enough that no one would question it."I don't retreat; I kick ass in the other direction."
