trade Arsenal 7.62x39 to AKs in 223

Ok, have not lost my mind! But mom and daughter need aks in 223 for lighter recoil, they shoot my 7.62s but since they are 100 lbs soaked over night, they get bruised. Looking for two saiga in 223, prefer 16 inch barrel, but 20 will work.the side folder on top is for trade. Pic of my wife shooting my ak, needs her own!
