I'm not sure what I want. I'm thinking 8.5-10.5" barrel, just seems like a good size for 9mm. It could come down to what I can find in 1/2x28 though...hahaGunsmokin wrote:JP Enterprises 10.5" 9mm Barrel - 1:10 - 12/x36

He didn't either. I happened to ask him a question about building a 9mm upper and he said, "Oh, those are in my car."Niceguy wrote:Not a problem... Re: 9mm SBR
I think any ramped bolt will work otherwise you need a special hammer to use the standard bolt. Not sure about the PSA upper, need to research that some more. My barrel and kak stabilizer to do a pistol build has shipped already. Going to be a slow build for the remainder.

Re: 9mm SBR
Damn...I could see it happen real easy though.
So many barrels with that supid 1/2x36 thread. What a pain in the ass... A match grade 8-10" barrel would be sweet but every one I've found were 1/2x36. I want a upper that looks like it was made for a 9mm and that seems like it's going to be a problem also. Most have a large enough opening for 50cal...haha

I'm always leery of companies that keep changing their name.
ie: Vulcan --> Heese --> Blackthorne --> Velocity Firearms?

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Re: 9mm SBR
I end up having to go with that, but don't like the looks of it. Just personal taste though. I figure as expensive as these damn things are I might as well make it the way I want it...
