I had a crazy idea to put a MPX telescopic stock on something else.
What is the inside diameter of the stock rails? Can I get a pic looking directly down where the stock meets the receiver?

thanks.

It's fairly narrow, the receiver is actually indented for it. There were a couple at the last RWI shoot but unfortunately all the pics I have are from the side

There is a similar stock made for ARs that don't have a buffer tube assembly. I have one on one of my dedicated .22lr AR rifles. I'll pull it out tomorrow and see if I can find the maker's mark(s).

Unfortunately, I don't think they are being produced any more, but there may be some still in the supply chain, somewhere.

Crush, kill, mangle, maim, destroy.

What else are you thinking of putting it on?

Taccom is maybe who Wyldman is thinking of. Here is a link: http://www.taccom3g.com/ultralight-weig ... stock.html

I can get you a pic this evening. No way to measure diameter though.

I think my MP7 wanna be 5.7 SBR needs a telescopic stock instead of a folder.

I think the stock I am talking about was made by Taccom, but it is a collapsable, twin bar stock that extends and retracts around the receiver of a an AR with no buffer tube, ie: a dedicated .22.

I meant the distance between the rails. Thanks for the pics anyway.
