Today I mailed my Form 4 and trust for my Huntertown Arms Guardian .22
They should receive the packet no later than Thursday. I sent a money order so I wont be able to see when they cash it. Oh well, let the wait begin.

The wait for the first one seems like forever. The wait for 2nd and 3rd are not bad since you have one to play with while waiting.

I'm pretty sure I've got you all beat. ATF lost my paperwork, 3 fucking times! 16 months later, I finally got my Spectre II and Octane .45 out of dumbfuck jail. This whole NFA "process" is in place to make everything they touch a monstrous clusterfuck, & I'm bloody goddamned tired of it!

SBR took right at six months. Form 4s are supposedly running at about 4 months right now. Mine were delivered to the ATF on Saturday

ATF should have received my packet today. Looking at NFA Tracker there are some form 4 being approved in as little as 3 months.

They cashed my check on the 9th. I called yesterday and the lady said it would be 6-8 weeks for me to go pending then 6 mis to get approved. hope that was a canned response.

Ouch...it damn well better have been since they cashed mine on the 3rd.
They really should have an express lane for repeat buyers. I've been approved before, nothing has changed, just approve it again

Mine is a trust and went pending in 6 days from the time I mailed forms.
