Trust questions.

Post by ken6881 » Fri Jan 09, 2015 8:38 am

In ky does any one need a copy of the trust like the county records office?
Did you all "fund" the trust prior to sending off your form 1/4?

Thanks

No - there is no requirement for filing at a government entity. That is taken care of with the declaration and certification of trust.

There is no requirement for funding, you can pay for the item with personal funds. You will prepare an assignment transferring ownership from you to the trust.

Hope this helps!

Oh - THESE THINGS ARE ADDICTING!!!! Fair warning :)
