The best SUPPRESSED 9mm PCC
What is it??? There are some great PCC that suck suppressed. I really dig the Aero and the Sub2k is pretty cool too, BUT, they suppress TERRIBLE!
PC9 suppresses nice, great price, uses Glock mags, but is uglier than sin.
I hear the CZ Scorpion suppresses nice, but I've never shot one at all, much less suppressed.
MP5... What else needs to be said, not sure I want to drop that kind of cash though now that I went all Al Bundy.
MPX? At their prices I'm pushing the MP5 clones.
CX4... Someone (cough, WLJ!) needs to get their's threaded so I can try it...haha
AR9's... One of my stolen guns and still a little sour about building another one. Still may though. I loved it, but didn't get a chance to shoot it suppressed.
Kriss Vector 9mm... FUUUUUGLY! but damn they shoot nice. Need to try one suppressed.
B&T arensupposed to be top notch, but has some crazy prices.
PSA AK9 & AR9...
Tavor 9mm...
What else is out there?

Re: The best SUPPRESSED 9mm PCC
Send me some $$$$$ and I'll have mine threaded for you to try out
Anyhow.
Most PCC are straight blowback which may be the issue
Try one of the non straight blowback PCCs. The CMMG Banshee comes to mine which is roller(I think) delayed blowback.

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Might be a good option too. We all need to buy/sell/trade guns like crazy and show up to shoots like we used to so I could try before I buy...haha

Re: The best SUPPRESSED 9mm PCC
My sub2000 I had add a heavier bolt for shooting suppressed.
I would look for something with a delay blow back. Maybe a roller block H&K
I have been looking at the psa ak9 and a binary trigger.

Mine functioned perfect, it just covered you in shit and about choked you depending on the wind direction...hahaDustin wrote:My sub2000 I had add a heavier bolt for shooting suppressed.

I miss my old one. I put crazy money in it building it exactly the way I wanted it and then got broken into and it stolen right after.iron369 wrote:And it’ll take glock mags

Re: The best SUPPRESSED 9mm PCC
Awesome! I'm pretty sure I shot the SP5 at one of the shoots (without a can). It was acting like a single shot, but it seems like you figured out it was a mag problem. Is the Scorpion a pistol or rifle? I've not 100% made up my mind on that but pretty sure I'm going to go with a rifle in whatever I end up with. My opinion is pistol braces are going to be one of the next few things to go, again...hahaDave1965 wrote:let me know sometime and I meet you in Louisville and you can shoot my skorpion or hk sp5 if you have a can or just without

Re: The best SUPPRESSED 9mm PCC
The scorpions seem to have pretty good feedback from suppressed shooters. The only real complaint I see repeated is ergonomics. As long as the sights and trigger is in the correct spots I can deal with most anything else from something like this...haha

Re: The best SUPPRESSED 9mm PCC
Most of the scorpion ergos were fixed on the evo 3 plus. CZ made the controls more AR like functions as well as grip/safety positions.Niceguy wrote: ↑Sun Jan 01, 2023 6:55 pmThe scorpions seem to have pretty good feedback from suppressed shooters. Re: The best SUPPRESSED 9mm PCC
Bought one recently although I haven't shot it much it was flawless with CCI Blazer ammo. I'm selling my AR9 to keep the ap5-p. Plus it's just sexy ( don't just the sight it's temporary till I decide what to use)

Re: The best SUPPRESSED 9mm PCC
I soothed my sourness with a new last round bolt hold open side charger upper and Glock mag lower receiver kit from QC10. They had a 30% off deal and if I'm doing another AR9 it's going to be exactly what I want... Now I think all I need is a barrel, hand guard and bolt. I think I have everything else.

Ran into a guy at the LGS who just got one of the MKE from Palmetto since they had them on sale. Said he didn't want to shoot his HK so he got this ( i seriously asked him WTF?)

Re: The best SUPPRESSED 9mm PCC
I just recently bought a Sarsilmaz 109T pistol, for under 6 beans (I’m happy), and put a brace on it. (Edit) I was gonna put a brace on it, I have one bought n delivered, and was waiting on making a mag block so I can put in vise, as I heard they locktite the buffer tubes on. Well I am glad I didn’t yet as the unraveling of this NEW LAW by The Gun Overlords makes any foreign pistol Contraband if a brace is put on it, and it must be destroyed or surrendered! So also Scratch the following in parentheses. (Thanks ATF, NOW I WILL SBR ON YOUR DIME) /edit complete/
I was also wondering how it would run supressed, as now that I have 2 pistols to SBR Stamp (err make that 1), I may as well go full retard with these guys, (Trust, Sbr, supressor) that I always just shyed away from. Anyhow I only found one guy online with a can, not sure what kind but seems to run good with it, and it’s a blowback action in AR type receiver. He has a binary trigger in it and running rapid fire with a can it was humming pretty good.
Heres pistol and video if I can fit it to upload
PS I did a search but can’t find the discussion on the KY Lawyer that offers a ready made Firearms Trust. Can anybody point me to it?

Here's Aaron's info- the Wildcat Trust. I've used the trust for three NFA items successfully over the years. If this BS brace rule sticks, I'll use it for that, too.
